The involvement of the “highly trained ex-military” in Capitol Riot looks like the direct and logical continuation of the ex-military persons’ participation in the various mass killing episodes during last several, maybe about 10 years. Check the numbers, do the retrospective review.

As the retaliation for Iraq War?

As the retaliation for WW2?

The exact and in depth answer would be helpful. In my opinion, this is not just and only Russia, China, and their many allies. Most importantly, I think, it is Germany and the New Abwehr, which invisibly manipulates and manages the rest of the related players, and also the World affairs.

There are many unknowns here, and they demand very careful investigations.
